Who is going where as deadline day draws in?

Mobile phone...check. Tablet...check. Sky Sports News...check. TalkSport on the radio...check. One of the landmark days in the Premier League season, transfer deadline day is one of optimism, joy, disappointment and upset for fans across the country. This summer has again seen a number of big signings across the Premier League but there are still some unresolved issues as Bank Holiday Weekend comes to an end.

What has been confirmed this weekend?
    • Sunderland have signed Liverpool striker Fabio Borini for £10 million as they look to turn their seasom around.
    • Manchester City have signed influential attacking midfielder Kevin De Bruyne for £55 million to add to their mouthwatering attack.
    • Striker Modibo Maiga leaves West Ham for an undisclosed fee to join Saudi Arabia champions Al Nassr.
    • Jonny Evans has left Manchester United for West Brom on an undisclosed fee. Tyler Blackett has also left the reds to join Celtic on loan.
    • Barry Bannan has left Crystal Palace for an undisclosed fee to join Sheffield Wednesday.

    What deals are almost done?
    • Manchester United are set to sign 19 year old Monaco striker Anthony Martial for £36 million.
    • Chelsea look ready to sign Senegal defender Papy Djilobodji from Nantes for £4 million.
    • Nikita Jelavic looks set to leave Hull City for West Ham in a £3 million deal.
    • Javier Hernandez looks ready to sign for Bayern Leverkusen in a quest to get regular football.
    • Adnan Januzaj is reported to have joined Borussia Dortmund on loan.
    • Anders Lindegaard is having a medical at West Brom, does this mean David De Gea is staying?
    • Chelsea midfielder Victor Moses is set to join West Ham on loan for the rest of the season.

Where will these players be this time tomorrow?
    • Victor Wanyama- the Southampton midfielder wants to leave, possibly for Tottenham, but Koeman says he is going nowhere.
    • Jose Enrique- West Brom are chasing the Liverpool full back.
    • David De Gea- yet to feature in a Manchester United squad this season, could the Spanish goalkeeper be on his way to Real Madrid despite Louis Van Gaal suggesting otherwise?
    • John Stones- the Everton defender has been a persistent target of Chelsea and Stones himself has handed in a transfer request.
    • Saido Berahino- the Tottenham target has handed in a transfer request at West Brom.
    • Charlie Austin- I will be amazed if the QPR hotshot stays in the Championship this season with his talent.
    • Ashley Cole- a surprise addition to our list but he is a free agent after terminating his contract with Roma this season.
    • Lewis Grabban- the Norwich striker is on a ban after showing his desire to join Bournemouth

List updated on Monday 31st August, 5:00
