Premier League Best XI: Aguero's Five Star Show

Did you make Aguero your captain? If you didn't you're looking a little silly now. The little Argentinian had an absolutely incredible game scoring an unbelievable 5 goals. It took him until the very end of the first half to score his first but the floodgates opened in the second half. Sergio Aguero is this weeks Star Player by a mile.

In goal this week is Heurelho Gomes. The Watford keeper played a vital role in securing their draw away at Bournemouth. He made 5 crucial saves including that of a late penalty.

This week there are 3 at the back. Two players come from Stoke who this week beat Aston Villa away keeping a clean sheet in the process. Glen Johnson is one of them this week because aswell as his clean sheet he managed to set up the goal for Arnautovic for Stoke to win the game. The other defender from Stoke is Eric Pieters who played a vital role at centre-back helping to keep out Villa in the latter stages of the game. Joining these two in defence is Jeffrey Schlupp of Leicester City who although he didn't manage to keep a clean sheet he did manage to score what turned out to be the winning goal.

There are 5 across midfield in this weeks team of the week. Every player in this weeks midfield scored at least one goal. Two players from Arsenal are in this week as the North Londoners walked past Man United 3-0 over the weekend. Alexis Sanchez has definitely found his form. Last week a hat-trick and this week another 2. Mesut Ozil also got in on the act with a goal and an assist to his name. Another week in the Best XI for the premier leagues hottest new arrival Kevin De Bruyne who is certainly making his mark with another goal this weekend. The money paid for him is now looking well worth it and this is certainly not going to be the last time he finds himself in the team of the week. Yohan Cabaye earned his place this week in the first game of the weekend where Crystal Palace hosted West Brom. The Frenchman got on the scoresheet after he had already provided an assist for Yannick Bolasie.

The final player in this weeks midfield is Christian Eriksen who brought Tottenham back on terms twice against Swansea in their 2-2 draw. Both goals came from the Danish playmaker from direct free-kicks.

The last player in the team joining Aguero upfront this week is Graziano Pelle who played an absolutely vital role in Southampton's very impressive 3-1 victory over last season's champions and struggling Chelsea. He scored the 3rd and provided assists for the other two. The big Italian was a very good signing for Southampton who payed very little for him.

Next week is an International break so it gives you time to sort out your team if it hasn't been performing properly. No points to be won this weekend however.
