    Premier League Saturday Round-Up

    Yaya Toure marked his comeback with two goals.

    Saturday's action featured wins for Bournemouth, Manchester City, Sunderland and Watford.

    Manchester United 1-1 Arsenal
    Goals: Juan Mata (69’); Olivier Giroud (89’)

    Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger’s latest clash ended in a score draw, with a strike from Mata being cancelled out by a late headed goal from substitute Giroud, which was the Gunners only shot on target.

    Crystal Palace 1-2 Manchester City
    Goals: Yaya Toure (39’, 83'); Connor Wickham (66')

    Toure returned from the wilderness to make his first appearance for City since April and marked his comeback with a brace either side of Wickham's second half goal.

    Everton 1-1 Swansea City
    Goals: Gylfi Sigurdsson (41’ penalty); Sheamus Coleman (89')

    Swans boss Bob Bradley was denied his first ever Premier League win by a Coleman strike in the dying minutes of the game, resulting in a point for the Toffees, whose fans were booed them at the final whistle.

    Southampton 0-0 Liverpool

    The Reds were left frustrated as they could not break down an organised Saints side, with an impressive Virgil van Dijk winning most of his battles against Liverpool's front-three.

    Stoke City 0-1 Bournemouth
    Goals: Nathan Ake (26’)

    Bournemouth returned to winning ways due to an Ake headeed goal as Stoke were unable to find the net despite being awarded a penalty, which was missed by Bojan Krkic at the very beginning of the first half.

    Sunderland 3-0 Hull City
    Goals: Jermain Defoe (34’); Victor Anichebe (62', 84)
    Red Cards: Papy Djilobodji (89')

    Sunderland won their second win of the season in convincing style through goals from Defoe and Anichebe, with the Black Cats closing the gap behind fellow relegation zone dwellers Hull down to two points.

    Watford 2-1 Leicester City
    Goals: Etienne Capoue (1’); Roberto Pereyra (12’); Ryiad Mahrez (15’ penalty)

    Watford exploded on the visitors straight from the first whistle and were able to overcome the champions thanks to a lightning quick goal from Capoue, which was shortly followed by beautiful strike from Pereyra.


    Tottenham 3-2 West Ham
    Goals: Michail Antonio (24'); Harry Winks (51'); Manuel Lanzini (68'); Harry Kane (89', 90+1' penalty)
    Red Cards: Winston Reid (90+6')

    A Kane injury time goal from the penalty spot saw the Spurs come out on top in a thrilling London derby which ends Tottenham's seven-game run without a win in all competitions, and leaves West Ham sitting just one point above the relegation zone.
