Floyd Mayweather Jr vs Conor McGregor Betting Odds

The world's most anticipated fight has been confirmed. Floyd "Money" Mayweather will fight Conor "The Notorious" McGregor in Las Vegas on 27th August 2017.

Heading into the fight, Mayweather is a huge favourite to win the bout at a best price of 1/6 with Paddy Power. His record stands at 49-0 and it will take some fighter to get rid of that 0. In his 49th and final fight (so we thought), Floyd looked as sharp as ever and equally as impossible to punch.

But can Conor defy the odds and cause an upset? The pressure is massively on Mayweather's shoulders. McGregor is the one stepping into the unknown... Floyd, the expert. No one expects The Notorious to actually come out with a win; whereas everyone expects Mayweather to give the Irishman a lesson in boxing. Conor McGregor is currently a huge 50/1 with Paddy Power to win the fight!

But how will it be won?

Good question... To win by TKO, KO or DQ; Mayweather is again just 4/6 with Bet365. You can get up to 9/4 with Paddy Power if you think he will win by decision.

McGregor on the other hand is 11/2 at Bet365 to stop Mayweather before the final bell, or you could get up to 39/1 to clinch it on points.

Conor's best chance may just be to come out early and go straight for the knock out. You can get 50/1 on him knocking Mayweather out in each of the first 7 rounds, with the odds creeping up to 99/1 if you think he will stop him in the 12th.

Floyd on the other hand, starts at 14/1 to stop McGregor in the 7th round. However if you think he will prove a point in the first round and get the UFC fighter straight out of there, a £10 bet would pay the highest at £330 with Bet365.

It will arguably be the biggest fight ever. The ticket prices will be crazy... But it will attract millions of viewers worldwide!

Fancy the draw? A £10 bet would return £500 if the judges can't split the two!

Let's hope it lives up to the hype!!

Let us know below what bet's you've gone for! I'm going for Mayweather to dodge McGregor and jab him for the whole fight to avoid getting dropped, and take it easily on points!
